Artists & Designers » Monte Dolack
Monte Dolack is a Montana legend. His studio opened in 1974 and recently he was selected as one of the 100 most influential Montanans of the 20th century. He continues to create art with hi wife, Beth Percival, in his inimitable style right here in Missoula. A reflection of his curiosity and sense of humor, Monte's imagery blends nature, technology and mythology. Monte's love of the outdoors is apparent. The Nature Conservancy and Trout Unlimited are just two benefactors of his commissioned works that include posters and prints. Monte's work can be found in numerous museums and exhibits in countries as far away as New Zealand and Japan.
